REGISTRATION

All workshop prices are nett. No hidden fees.

Any third party vouchers will not be redeemable during peak periods (June, November and December).

Registration of a participant will only be confirmed once full payment has been made.

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of registration through bank transfer, PayLah or PayNow. Afterwards, please contact Hands On Klay via email or whatsapp with proof of the completed transaction.
• Registration without payment and/or proof of payment will not be confirmed. Hands On Klay will then release the booking after 24 hours have passed.

Hands On Klay shall be entitled to reject any registration or any request by any customer, for any reason, with or without explanation, and we shall not be liable to any party for such rejection.

A minimum of 2 pax is required to form a workshop class. Should the participant’s group not meet the minimum requirement, the group will be rescheduled to join the next available class. Hands On Klay may, at any time, amend the date, time, venue, content, fees, or instructor of any scheduled class.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All transactions, once completed and confirmed, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If a participant is unable to turn up or stay for the full class duration:

• The participant may arrange to transfer his/her seat to another person at least 24 hours in advance, by furnishing Hands On Klay with the new participant’s name, contact number and email address. Within 24 hours of the class, requests for a transfer will not be entertained.

• Should participant need to reschedule, min. 14days is required. Rescheduling less than 14days would incur a $50 cost (unless due to medical reasons with doctor letters provided) *note that rescheduling would be applicable for the particular person, and not the whole group or accompanying person. Rescheduling should be completed within 6months of the booking date. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically forfeited.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for a class with Hands On Klay, you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. You agree to abide by the House Rules set below by Hands on Klay:

• Stictly no accompanying child or adult will be permitted to join the participant’s workshop or event without prior registration.
• Every Participant that attends the workshop is subjected to full workshop fees, no sharing of materials between pairs or among groups
• HOK reserves the right to refuse entry for participants who arrive  late. A max. 15mins grace period is given. Should participant be refused entry due to this reason, they may reschedule to the next available workshop at a $50 rescheduling fee.
• Participants shall keep to the time limit of the workshop agreed to during registration, with a maximum of 15min over-run time.
• For private workshops, Hands On Klay reserves the rights to charge an additional fee of $50 for every 30mins over-run. *note that as long as workshop ends later than the stipulated timing, additional fee of $50 applies.

 2. You agree that Hands On Klay may refuse entry to you or remove you from the premises if you do not comply with the House Rules. In such an event, Hands On Klay shall not incur any penalty or owe any refund of any kind.

3. You agree to the use of any multimedia, including but not limited to photography and videography, taken by staff during classes for Hands On Klay’s publicity.

4. You agree that all content and original materials for all workshops and events are property of Hands On Klay, and no part of it may be copied, modified, reproduced, given away or distributed in any media or form, for profit in kind or monies, or for free.

• You will not record, in image, video, or other media, the instructions, course content, or course material disseminated during workshops.
• If this rule is violated, you will be held fully liable and will without contest or reservation make full compensation as required by Hands On Klay.

5. You agree that Hands On Klay shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by you within Hands On Klay’s premises, arising from any acts or omissions of Hands On Klay, its staff and/or its other customers/patrons whether those acts or omissions were negligent or otherwise.

6. You agree to indemnify Hands On Klay and/or its staff for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by Hands On Klay, its staff and/or its other customers/patrons within Hands On Klay’s premises, arising from any of your actions or omissions, whether intentional, negligent or otherwise.

7. Both you and Hands On Klay agree that this t&c is governed by Singapore law and both parties agree that all disputes are to be referred to arbitration.

8. Hands On Klay reserves the right to amend or adjust the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

9. All information stipulated is correct at time of publishing and may be changed without prior notice.
